McKenzie Smith, MIB 2017, Chief Executive Officer
Edge Growth, PricewaterhouseCoopers LLC
Saheba Sahni, MIB 2017, Chief Financial Officer
Kiva, Positive Planet, SKS Microfinance
Saheba began her career in microfinance, working at India’s largest microfinance institution and then consulting for MFIs across the country. Managing Kiva’s South Asia and Middle East portfolio with investments in India, Pakistan, Nepal, Jordan, Lebanon, Iraq and Yemen was her introduction to impact investing and I hope to continue working in the sector after graduating from Fletcher. If Saheba wasn’t working in development/social investment, she would probably have my own food truck: she loves cooking for people!

Ammar Karimjee, MIB 2017, Chief Operating Officer
Acumen, Teach For Pakistan
Ammar’s pre-Fletcher experience is primarily in the NGO world, most recently working in a strategy-oriented role in the CEO’s office at Teach For Pakistan. He has a passion for eliminating educational inequity, and he hopes to work with various private and public sector projects work together to help tackle that enormous challenge. Ammar is an avid sports fan, and would drop everything else (at least temporarily) to work in the strategy department for the Philadelphia Eagles.
Kaede Kawauchi, MALD 2018, Chief Marketing Officer
Japan Center for International Exchange, Teach For China
Kaede’s background is in the nonprofit sector with program management experience in international philanthropy, disaster recovery, nonprofit capacity building and educational inequality. She’s interested in market-based approaches to development and hopes to continue expanding her experience in this sector after Fletcher. If she had all the time and money in the world, she would trot the globe and learn as many languages as she can.
